Nicole will guide you through the nuances of pairing and styling, teaching you how to prep and display premium meats, artisanal cheeses, seasonal fruits and gourmet accompaniments. You'll master professional techniques for creating eye-catching arrangements while chatting about all things charcuterie, life in Tahoe and beyond.
